ベッドがソファベッドであったため、真ん中が少し窪んで反り返った形になり、眠る際に体が不自然な形になって快適な睡眠が得られなかった。場所柄ファミリーでの滞在が多いからかもしれないが、ビジネスで出張に来て、また、支払った部屋の値段を鑑みて、ソファベッドはあり得ないと思った。

the various pools and restaurants on the premises

there was a fee to use the poolside cabanas. rserved and used one but was only informed of the fee after using it. that is inappropriate and unfair.

The Hotel was excellent. The staff, particularly Stephen at the reception was so helpful. He was always so warm and welcoming and went the extra mile to solve any issue I had. Great hotel. I will be back.

The maid appeared to become lezy with the cleaning after a few days and failed to pay attention to detail.

Everything was perfect in the hotel! Especially the tv!

Staff at the information desk: they did not give enough information for public transport in Orlando (buses, i-ride trolley)

My stay at the Hilton was every thing I expected. The price was great the location aand the staff was excellent!!!!! When I return to Orlando the Hilton will be my 1st choice of stay.

I loved the pool. The hotel is beautiful.

I got the breakfast package, and it was incredible! So fresh, so much choice and a delightful omlette chef who only wanted to please. They even have Soy Salt to season the omlette with! I would go back in a heartbeat!Room was very clean, and I like the massaging soap bar for the shower alot.

The ac was not working good and room was pretty cold. We had to insist 2 hours to have this fixed even that they knew it was their problem because they set it up to no more than 72 F. If they solve this is a good hotel

Convenience of location to meetings and comfortableness of rooms. Enjoyed the swimming area, very nice.

I think you need a Restaurant that is more affordable that the ones located at the Hotel. One that offers Lunch Buffet and Dinner. The Marketplace was ok for breakfast.

Actually there staff were so friendly. The hotel has every thing you would look for include different types of entertainment. The only bad thing at this hotel is that you have to pay for everything include the business center.

The restaraunt of the American cuisine in the lobby is very good. It is nice that you can buy any tickets to any theme park and more just in the lobby.

It is so cold on the premises, the air con works too hard.
